RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At THE FYRESOL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@fyresol.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all eligible returns, including cases where:

The customer changes their mind.

The customer ordered the wrong size.

The customer no longer wants the item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

A damaged item,

A defective item, or

An incorrect item,
contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@fyresol.com with photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final Sale products

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Items returned in used, washed, damaged, or altered condition
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
